Spaghetti Casserole
1/2 lb cooked spaghetti noodles
1 jar (24oz) of your favorite canned spaghetti sauce
1 lb ground beef (cooked and drained)
1 lb grated mozzarella cheese
1 egg (beaten)
1/4 cp milk
8 oz sliced pepperoni


This quick and easy casserole was a fan favorite with my growing family.

Pre-heat oven to 350 F

Bring spaghetti noodles to a boil and cook for 7 minutes. Drain and arrange in the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish that's been treated with a light cooking spray.

Mix egg and milk. Drizzle egg and milk mixture over noodles.

Scatter ground beef over the noodles (pat down if necessary).

Pour spaghetti sauce over all, spreading evenly.

Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.

Arrange pepperoni on top of cheese.

Bake 45 minutes. Remove from oven and let set 10 minutes before serving.
