alfredo sauce
1 pint heavy cream 1/2 cup butter 2 tablespoons cream cheese 1 teaspoon garlic powder 3/4 cup of parmasan cheese

simmer cream cheese and butter till cheese is melted.stir constanly,add the parmasan cheese and garlic powder and simmer 15 - 20 minuteson low or cheese just begins to turn slightly brown.add salt and pepper if desired .white pepper is good
